Projections and Reflections Workshop
How to set your goals and have the right mindset to achieve them
Whether it’s a running/fitness/business/personal development goal … that goal that’s out there beyond your current capabilities that will require you to step up and work towards achieving – the currently ‘Impossible’ – is there to be had!
Knowing your WHY is crucial. It will get you up every day and help you take the steps towards achieving your goals. They may be huge giant leaps or little granny shuffles but each step you take is changing the impossible to I’m Possible.
We’ll work on connecting with your goals:
The Extrinsic – your inspiration
The Intrinsic – your motivation
So that when the going gets tough - let’s face it, life’s like that and it will always throw a little curve ball into the mix – you will have the mental tools and self-talk to push beyond the hurdles and keeping working towards achieving your goals.
What to expect on the day
After meting and a quick intro, we'll head out for a gentle jog, before coming back to Digme to stretch and have a few nibbles.
We'll then move on to the mental side of things and I'll get you asking yourself some questions and show you techniques to help you achieve your goals!
What you need
- your running kit
- something warm to put on after the jog (there are showers and changing facilities at Digme which can be used after the workshop)
- yourself and your crazy assed ideas!

Since the age of 19, I've been in the fitness industry helping people to be active, fit and healthy through movement and attitude, though my love affair with body movement started at the age 4 when I began ballet.
I started as an aerobics instructor progressing to gym instructor, to personal trainer to running coach, to sports massage therapist. Each stage learning more and more about the body and each year's practical experience teaching me more and more about people, their attitude and how to focus the mind to achieve.
I've coached people to run their first 5k through to PB marathons, and ultra/multi day marathons.
Meanwhile my running adventures have progressed from marathons, to ultramarathons, to multi-stage extreme races to 63 marathons in 63 days.
I know a thing or two about focusing the mind to achieve crazy dream fitness goals and I want to share all that I've learned to help others.
