My Story

I'm an open water swimmer and trail runner living in the fabulous Lake District, there's no-where better for it. Swimming is another way of enjoying the outdoors for me, taking in everything you can see around you and feeling free.

 Innocent children need our help to survive war -torn countries, military attacks, disease, malnutrition and exploitation. I just had to do something.

In 2017 we raised just over £2k to help their desperate plight, without the help of you guy's it simply would not have happened.
