You can walk, run, cycle, swim indoors, outdoors on a treadmill or at the park. All at your own pace and in your time.
Starting on the 1st of February and ending on the 28th, you have the whole month to achieve your distance goal.
Track your miles as you go and when completed, you can claim your medal with your evidence and we will get that posted out to you.
Evidence can be screenshots of your FitBit, Garmin, Runkeeper or whatever tracker that you use.
On sign-up you will receive a welcome email with further information on the challenge and our community groups.
